Yeah i could have taken an earlier time, but i would have to really move my butt to see it on time, so i'll just do the time I originally set for at 4:15 *giggles* Big Grin

I always try to get in to see a movie before 6 its cheaper, theaters really know how to suck you dry out of your money Rolling Eyes

Can you believe it starts today at the $3 theater we like to go to? It's a small place, just one screen, but pretty nice. Do you know that the popcorn is where they really rip you off? I think they make $200 for every dollar's worth of unpopped popcorn...it's ridiculous!!!!!!

Haha we've done that too...get the candy at the dollar store before the movie and sneak it in. I don't think I've ever sneaked (snuck?) drinks, maybe bottled water once or twice. Popcorn would be a little tricky Laughing

OH.....MY.....GOD!!!!!! *faints*

I am completely...mind blown...speechless right now. No words can even discribe how F-ING AMAZING that movie is. I am just absoultely blown way. If you think the first one was great, this second one doesn't even come CLOSE to the map of being as good as the first.

They ended the movie on such a high note and they grabed your stomach and NEVER let go. For one i have to say the humor was class act, the first one was good with its humor, but i am telling you guys, Johnny Depp pulled some liners and some action in this movie that I just was beyond laughing i could barely contain myself. I mean there was a line that Johnny said that i swear to god i was going loose my head, i just lost it, he performe so flawlessly, i have never seen an actor do what he did. Its the reason why Johnny has always been one of my favorite actors.

They so out did themselves with this film i dunno how in the hell they can pull out a third one, but i am telling you, they left the ending of this film on such a high and you seriously are not going to want to wait for the third one, right now i am DYING to know what happens damn it!

At the theater i went to, everyone in the audience started to clap and cheer people went nuts. I'm telling you guys you HAVE to see this film, the whole cast was great but damn i am telling you Johnny was beyond great he just stoled that movie, the expressions he gave and how he acted was just hilarous and moving.

I have to say cause Lauri you meantion Ben got a little scared on some parts with the first one, i'll have to warn you, this second is MUCH darker and deeper not like the first one, they are a tad big more graphic with some of the scenes particular one with Orlando that even I was turning my head cause of how they did it kinda freaked me out, but its nothing serious, but maybe for little kids its more frighting, but if he has no problem turning away he'll be fine lol

But yeah this film is much more darker in its theme then the first one, but i think they just way out did themselves on this second one its SOOOOOOO much better then the first and i really REALLY loved the first one.

If you want a good piss your pants laughing movie go see Pirates Big Grin Its the by far the best film i have seen since Walk The Line. I mean i've seen so many good movies this year but this one stands out as the best film so far this year. It just put my feelings back into how much i really love film, and honestly Pirates once again reminded me why i want to get into film making. I want to do THAT.

I have a feeling i'll be seeing this movie again soon....really soon.

Wow! Sounds awesome....I think we're going to go see it tomorrow. I think Ben will be okay with it, thanks for the warning. So, Johnny Depp is pretty amazing, eh? ;)

Funny thing, Will is all about POC this summer...he bought a shirt at Disneyworld, wants the figures, and got the DVD yesterday. When we were in DW I was all psyched to show him the ride....and it was CLOSED!! The are revamping it with a Jack Sparrow/Will Turner theme.

We were bummed, to say the least.

I am excited to see the movie Monday...Lauri...let me know how Ben does so I'll anticipate how Will will do.

We're going to see it tonight at 7, but after reading some reviews for parents and talking to Ben, he thinks it sounds too scary for him. Here are the reviews if you want to read them, the second one gives more details of the disturbing scenes:

http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv&cf=parentsguide&id=1808556813

http://movies.go.com/parentpreviews/review?rid=77643

I would take Ben if he really wanted to go, but he doesn't like to go to movies very much anyway and doesn't mind staying home with my mom. Will is two years younger but maybe he'll be fine as long as you prepare him for it. I'll let you know what I think after I actually see it.

I knew it, the movie just broke a new movie record, the most money made in one day. 55 million beating star wars.

http://entertainment.msn.com/movies/article.aspx?news=226934

Its crazy, almost every theater showing it is sold out, more request are coming in to have it showen on more theaters. Its going to go WAY past what the first one made and its on it way for being the most success movie this summer.

Will did fine, Lauri, but I will let you know if it gives him nightmares tonight!!!

....I am not a melter, but one scene that Steph will know exactly what I am talking about MELTED me.

Ah, who'd ever known the soccer mom has a thing for pirates???? Love
